click here.Visitor informationThe cemetery is open all day, every day of the year, and is neither locked nor lit at night. The main entrance is between 43 and 45 Mill Road, along a walkway of limes which runs alongside Mackenzie Road. There are other entrances on Mackenzie Road, between 79 and 81 Norfolk Street, and through an industrial estate on Gwydir Street (closed on Good Friday each year).
Public toilets The nearest
public toilets are a short walk away on Mill Road, beside the Bath House just past Gwydir Street. Opening hours: 8am – 8pm; baby changing facilities; 20p access to each cubicle.
Getting thereCambridge city centre and Mill Road are subject to vehicle restrictions, and it is advisable not to travel into the area by car. We encourage people to bus, walk or cycle to the cemetery wherever possible.
Walking & cyclingThe cemetery is a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Cycles can be locked on bicycle racks in Mill Road, or taken into the cemetery.
BusThe Citi2 bus route from Science Park to Addenbrooke’s runs past the cemetery. Stop: Mill Road, opposite Mortimer Road. For timetables, see

RailThe nearest railway station is Cambridge, a 15-minute walk from the cemetery. Cambridge railway station has frequent services from London (Kings Cross 50 minutes non-stop), Stansted Airport and Peterborough. Taxis are available at the station.
ParkingThere are two car parks within a five-minute walk of the cemetery: the multi-storey Queen Anne Terrace Car Park on Gonville Place; and a pay and display car park behind the Bath House on Mill Road, entrance on Gwydir Street. There are individual pay and display parking spaces in many side roads including Mackenzie Road, Guest Road, Willis Road and Norfolk Street. Street parking is free after 5pm.
Park & RideThere are Park & Ride facilities at:
Babraham Road (off A1307 at Gog Magog roundabout);
Cowley Road (off A14 at A10 junction); Madingley Road (off M11, at J13);
Newmarket Road (off A14 on A1303, Stow-cum-Quy interchange); Trumpington (off M11, at J11);
all have regular buses to the city centre.
